Design, build, and maintain core platform infrastructure with a focus on performance, scalability, and operational excellence in a distributed environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize backend services to handle large-scale data processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture
- Ensure platform reliability through monitoring, alerting, and incident response
- Implement secure and efficient API integrations
- Own the deployment and operational health of production systems
- Troubleshoot complex issues across multiple system layers
- Contribute to database design and query optimization
- Enforce coding standards and best practices in engineering workflows
- Evaluate new technologies for potential integration into the platform
- Support the development of internal tools and automation scripts
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems and processes
- Drive improvements in system observability and logging
- Work closely with product teams to align technical capabilities with business goals
- Help scale infrastructure to meet growing user demands
