Shriners Children's is hiring a Senior Planned Giving Operations Specialist, Marketing

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with planned giving leadership to support program effectiveness and long-term success.
• Offer strategic guidance and high-level coordination for all components of a comprehensive planned giving marketing strategy.
• Lead the implementation of national and regional advertising campaigns that combine centralized planning with localized adaptation.
• Ensure timely delivery of all print and digital projects managed by Stelter.
• Oversee a rigorous editing workflow, including developmental revisions and final proofreading stages.
• Guarantee bulk upload of all Stelter communications into the CRM system.
• Secure required approvals for marketing content and promotional materials prior to distribution.
• Analyze response data and outcomes from all planned giving marketing activities, including Stelter-produced communications.
• Monitor performance metrics from non-Stelter marketing efforts, such as national magazine advertisements.
• Produce monthly reports summarizing marketing responses and fundraising results, including year-over-year comparisons.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for external planned giving marketing partners.
• Support day-to-day operations as part of the planned giving operations team.
• Support donor engagement and retention by addressing inquiries and delivering high-quality service.
• Provide executive-level assistance to the Planned Giving Executive Director for reports, presentations, correspondence, and training.
• Lead special assignments and projects as directed.
• Participate in vendor meetings, which may occur off-site, when necessary.
• Support national and local events upon request.
• Conduct site visits to direct mail facilities to review procedures, provide training, and update work instructions for current or upcoming cycles.
• Foster strong, cooperative relationships across the planned giving team and other philanthropy departments to support fundraising targets.
• Stay informed about evolving trends and industry best practices in planned giving.
