About the Role
This role is responsible for transforming people data into actionable insights to support strategic HR initiatives and improve decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends in hiring, retention, and performance
- Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking key people analytics indicators
- Partner with HR leaders to answer data-driven questions about talent strategy
- Translate business problems into analytical frameworks for people-related issues
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems and reporting tools
- Design surveys and analyze results to measure employee engagement and sentiment
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives with quantitative analysis
- Create regular reports on headcount, turnover, and organizational health
- Identify data quality issues and work with teams to resolve them
- Use statistical methods to model workforce behavior and forecast trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate people data with broader business metrics
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive employee data
- Document methodologies and share insights with non-technical stakeholders
- Evaluate the impact of HR programs using pre- and post-implementation analysis
- Stay current with industry best practices in people analytics and data governance
