Responsibilities
- Spearhead research and development of machine learning models for synthetic row creation, open-ended text generation, and enhanced data sets.
- Create and implement advanced statistical techniques and rigorous experiments to evaluate performance of large language models and synthetic data hypotheses.
- Build logic systems for real-time, adaptive model boosting in collaboration with engineering teams for integration into fielding workflows.
- Construct and improve detailed audience profiling frameworks using extensive datasets to support syndicated segmentation.
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of complex projects, including planning, execution, and maintenance, with limited oversight.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and strategy departments to align AI development with business objectives and ensure smooth scaling from prototype to production.
- Develop clear prototypes and communication materials that effectively convey Generative AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
