StackAdapt is hiring a Senior People Business Partner to provide strategic partnership to leaders and employees within our Technology organization. You will act as a consultant and coach on all people-related matters, driving initiatives that support business goals and foster a high-performance culture.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Technology leaders on organizational design, talent planning, and performance management.
- Coach managers on leadership development, team effectiveness, and conflict resolution.
- Analyze people metrics to identify trends and develop data-driven solutions.
- Lead and support the implementation of company-wide people programs within your client groups.
- Advise on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a People/HR Business Partner supporting technology or engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in performance management, leadership coaching, and organizational development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and pragmatic approach.
- Thorough knowledge of Canadian employment law and HR best practices.
