DeepL is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to support our global Technology business unit. In this role, you will partner directly with the Tech Leadership Team as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters, blending hands-on partnership with strategic projects as part of a small, dedicated team.
What You'll Do
- Build strong and trusted partnerships with leaders across the Technology organisation, contributing to strategy, direction and design.
- Contribute to the People Strategy for the Tech organisation, influencing the People agenda and driving fit-for-purpose initiatives.
- Use data-driven insights to advise leadership on workforce trends, engagement, talent gaps, and organizational health.
- Guide leaders through change management, helping to shape organizational structure, culture, and processes.
- Assist in identifying and preparing future leaders to ensure continuity in key roles.
- Drive action planning and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Collaborate with the finance team and business leaders to anticipate future workforce needs.
- Oversee and manage complex Employee Relations cases within the Tech organisation.
- Partner with Centres of Excellence teams to provide proactive feedback that enhances program impact and delivery.
