About the Role

The Senior Partner Success Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive partner success and revenue growth.   • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to drive partner engagement and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to stay current with trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of partner success programs.
  • Assist in the development of partner success metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide support to the partner success team as needed.
  • Collaborate with the product team to gather and incorporate partner feedback.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and reports to senior leadership.
  • Conduct regular audits of partner success processes and procedures.
