Paired is looking for a Senior Paid Social Strategist to implement strategy and manage Meta Ads for a high-growth US DTC company. You will own 6-7 figure monthly budgets, collaborate closely with leadership on media strategy, and lead performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Applovin, with potential for channel expansion.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the VP of growth to develop media strategy, media plans, and creative testing frameworks.
- Manage a portfolio of performance marketing campaigns across Meta and Applovin.
- Conduct hands-on bid optimization and implement strategies for audience and ad copy testing to meet ROI targets.
- Build comprehensive reporting systems that support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend actions to increase conversions and business outcomes.
- Apply a growth-oriented mindset to identify cross-channel and omnichannel opportunities.
- Work directly with your direct report to align campaign performance with business objectives.
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations in client calls and reports.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments and align multiple decision-makers around goals.
- Communicate proactively and clearly, prioritizing strong client relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with client-side teams and other agency partners.
- Partner with creative strategists to ensure ad creative aligns with paid social best practices.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to implement proper tracking and attribution systems.
- Drive continuous improvement across campaign management workflows.
- Document learnings and contribute to company-wide knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate on broader growth strategy initiatives and integrated marketing plans.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in paid social media buying with a focus on Meta.
- Experience managing campaigns for brands spending $500K+ monthly on paid social.
- Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets.
- Advanced proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Experience with campaign reporting and data analysis tools.
- Ownership Mentality: Identify optimization opportunities and execute them; take personal responsibility for campaign performance.
- Obsessive Attention to Detail: Catch performance anomalies others miss; review campaign settings and optimizations multiple times.

- Experience collaborating with multiple vendor partners and agency ecosystems.
- Experience with Google Sheets/Excel for building custom reporting dashboards.
