Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable applications using the OutSystems low-code platform
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define technical requirements
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance benchmarks
- Lead code reviews and promote best practices across the development lifecycle
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and staging environments
- Mentor junior developers and support team skill development
- Participate in architecture design and system integration activities
- Oversee deployment processes and ensure smooth release cycles
- Monitor application performance and implement optimization strategies
- Work closely with project managers to define timelines and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Support testing phases, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
- Document technical designs, configurations, and system workflows
- Evaluate new technologies and tools for potential integration with OutSystems
- Promote reusability and modular design within the development framework
