Next Generation Inc is hiring a Senior Oracle HCM Integrations Developer

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Oracle HCM integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements.
  • Develop and maintain integration solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
  • Document integration processes and procedures.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM technologies.
  • Participate in project planning and execution.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices.
  • Implement and manage Oracle HCM cloud integrations.
  • Work with various data sources and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Optimize integration performance.
  • Develop and maintain integration test plans.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers.
  • Monitor and report on integration metrics.
  • Contribute to the development of integration strategies.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP integrations.
  • Knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite.
  • Experience with Oracle BPM Suite.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Data Integrator.
  • Experience with Oracle GoldenGate.
  • Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic Server.
  • Experience with Oracle Database.
  • Familiarity with Oracle APEX.
  • Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Service.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Mobile Cloud Service.
  • Experience with Oracle Internet of Things Cloud Service.
