Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT operations, system operations, or L2/L3 operations / systems analyst roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field.
- Strong understanding of systems, infrastructure, and operational troubleshooting
- Solid experience in incident and problem management.
Nice to Have
- Background in data center operations, infrastructure environments, manufacturing, semiconductor, or similar large-scale operations is highly valued.
- Experience building or scaling operations processes from scratch is an advantage
- ITIL certification or hands-on ITIL practice is a strong advantage
- Experience with incident / ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent
- Good Communication Skills and able to coordinate across global, cross-functional teams during incidents and projects
