This role is responsible for delivering high-level technical support to field teams and management, ensuring the continuous and stable operation of critical infrastructure. As a Tier 3 resource, you will respond to urgent incidents, resolve complex system issues, and reduce dependency on third-party vendors through hands-on expertise.
What You'll Do
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and real-time support during facility emergencies to maintain system uptime
- Monitor and assess the health of core site infrastructure, identifying risks and escalating critical issues to leadership
- Track and manage end-of-life equipment, working with planning teams to coordinate timely replacements
- Act as a technical authority on cross-functional initiatives, offering guidance on system design and performance improvements
- Support disaster recovery operations for critical systems and facilities
- Collaborate with program managers to schedule and implement preventive maintenance activities
- Keep business continuity plans current and accurate for all assigned locations
- Train field technicians in Preventive Maintenance Inspections and technical repair procedures
- Lead capacity planning efforts to ensure infrastructure can meet current and future demands
Requirements
Expertise in AC and DC power systems, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), battery banks, generators, automatic and static transfer switches (ATS/STS), grounding systems, and facility infrastructure is essential. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Work Mode
This is an on-site position requiring presence at core facility locations to support 24/7/365 operational coverage.
