Responsibilities
- Set up and oversee an AWS-based EVE-NG virtual lab environment from initial deployment to ongoing operations.
- Reconstruct outdated network setups by acquiring vendor-specific firmware and using client-supplied Site Survey Reports to mirror real-world locations in simulation.
- Test the accuracy of auto-generated Low-Level Designs by running them in a controlled lab environment and verifying expected routing performance.
- Compare generated network configurations with target-state IP address management records and physical site details to confirm design consistency.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of configuration management database entries by recording updated routing data, as-built documentation, and telemetry after migrations.
- Conduct quality checks on post-migration results by analyzing outputs such as running configurations and routing tables, validating them against lab benchmarks, and updating official records accordingly.
