About the Role
This position is responsible for managing complex network architectures, supporting high-availability systems, and ensuring robust connectivity across distributed environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable network solutions aligned with business needs
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement security protocols to protect data transmission
- Support hybrid cloud and on-premises network infrastructure
- Maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
- Configure and manage WAN, LAN, and VPN connections
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve system-wide network problems
- Document network configurations and changes
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution
- Evaluate new networking technologies for potential adoption
- Support network automation and orchestration initiatives
- Perform capacity planning for bandwidth and infrastructure growth
- Lead network upgrades and hardware refresh cycles
- Respond to critical network outages and incidents
- Integrate monitoring tools for real-time network visibility
- Work with vendors to resolve service delivery issues
- Ensure redundancy and failover mechanisms are operational
- Optimize network performance across global locations
- Support secure remote access solutions for employees
