Keona Health is hiring a Senior .NET Full Stack Engineer (C# / React) to build and enhance our healthcare patient access platform. In this fully remote role, you will work across all layers of the system, designing intelligent solutions and AI-driven features that improve patient communication and internal workflows.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain Keona's flagship patient access platform using .NET, C#, React, and Azure SQL.
- Collaborate on AI-driven automation workflows, including natural language processing and recommendation features.
- Deliver across the entire development lifecycle, from design to implementation.
- Contribute to and maintain CI/CD DevOps pipelines.
- Support customer onboardings and troubleshoot issues across the full product stack.
- Participate in rotating support days, working directly with customer success to resolve tickets and ensure client satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly with teammates, customer success staff, and clients to troubleshoot and deliver effective solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of experience with .NET MVC using C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- 3+ years of experience with React (or a comparable modern JavaScript framework like Angular).
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Azure SQL and strong SQL language skills.
- 2+ years of experience with Azure cloud infrastructure.
- 1+ years of experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., TeamCity, Octopus Deploy).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, firewalls, load balancing, SSL, VPN).
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- Experience with healthcare data standards such as HIPAA, HL7, or FHIR.
