Keona Health is hiring a Senior .NET Full Stack Engineer (C# / React) to build and enhance our healthcare patient access platform. In this fully remote role, you will work across all layers of the system, designing intelligent solutions and AI-driven features that improve patient communication and internal workflows.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain Keona's flagship patient access platform using .NET, C#, React, and Azure SQL.
Collaborate on AI-driven automation workflows, including natural language processing and recommendation features.
Deliver across the entire development lifecycle, from design to implementation.
Contribute to and maintain CI/CD DevOps pipelines.
Support customer onboardings and troubleshoot issues across the full product stack.
Participate in rotating support days, working directly with customer success to resolve tickets and ensure client satisfaction.
Communicate clearly with teammates, customer success staff, and clients to troubleshoot and deliver effective solutions.

What We're Looking For

6+ years of experience with .NET MVC using C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
3+ years of experience with React (or a comparable modern JavaScript framework like Angular).
3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Azure SQL and strong SQL language skills.
2+ years of experience with Azure cloud infrastructure.
1+ years of experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., TeamCity, Octopus Deploy).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, firewalls, load balancing, SSL, VPN).
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
