Responsibilities

- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Implement security best practices across cloud environments
- Support development teams with environment provisioning
- Maintain compliance with security and operational standards
- Optimize cloud resource usage and costs
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Integrate infrastructure with monitoring and alerting tools
- Manage version control and branching strategies
- Collaborate with software engineers on deployment workflows
- Document infrastructure architecture and changes
- Perform root cause analysis for production incidents
- Lead incident response and post-mortem activities
- Enforce infrastructure as code principles
- Configure and manage containerized environments
- Work with Kubernetes and related orchestration tools
- Implement scalable and resilient network topologies
- Manage identity and access controls across platforms
- Support hybrid and on-premises cloud integrations
- Evaluate and adopt new DevOps tools and technologies
- Ensure audit readiness through logging and tracking
- Participate in system design and architecture reviews
- Provide guidance on cloud cost optimization strategies
