Welltech is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to join Project W, an early-stage experimental initiative focused on helping people aged 40+ start and stick to simple fitness routines. You will bring a pre-launch concept exploring new ways to support mid-life women on their health journey to life through motion design.

What You'll Do

Craft visually compelling animations and videos across platforms such as Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
Develop engaging transitions, typography, visual effects, and compositing sequences.
Maintain consistency with visual brand direction while flexing for creative innovation.
Elevate emotional storytelling to drive performance, not just polish.
Ensure high-quality outputs across motion design workflows.
Stay plugged into emerging motion trends, mobile-first formats, and industry best practices.
Collaborate closely with team members to translate ideas into highly effective visuals.
Take ownership of your pipeline — from concept to final render — with speed and agility.
Contribute fresh, unconventional thinking to ideation, testing, and iteration cycles.
Help drive process efficiency and scale through smart tools, templates, or automation.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Motion Designer, ideally within fast-paced creative or performance marketing environments.
Strong portfolio demonstrating motion range, design excellence, and mobile-first thinking.
Mastery of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Figma and Premiere Pro.
Proven ability to work independently, manage time and priorities, and hit deadlines.
Familiarity with creative performance metrics and a desire to create ads that convert.

Nice to Have

Proficiency or curiosity in AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, D-ID, Kaiber, or Stable Diffusion.
Interest in health, wellness, or mission-driven products is a plus.
