Genesis is looking for a Senior Motion Designer to scale video production for advertising. You’ll work directly with marketing metrics to improve performance and mentor other designers, using AI tools and creative experimentation to impact product communication and business growth at TITLE | 6037.

What You'll Do

Create advertising videos for Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and YouTube.
Work with sound effects, animation, and subtitles to enhance the emotional impact of creatives.
Iterate videos based on marketing metrics like CTR, CPA, and Hook rate to increase their effectiveness.
Search for and implement new tools that optimize the production process and improve creative quality.
Mentor motion designers, supporting a high level of task execution.
Participate in creative brainstorms and research—influence ideas seen by millions.
Actively participate in product development: your ideas will directly influence how the product communicates with the user.
Use the latest AI tools: collaborate with the AI team and directly influence the automation of creative processes.
Have space for creativity and experiments: resources are provided to create and test bold advertising concepts based on trends and hypotheses.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in motion design or video production.
Portfolio with video examples—performance marketing or TikTok creatives are especially valued.
Confident proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
Skills in editing, sound design, voice-over work, and 2D animation.
Ability to skillfully combine all video elements into a cohesive product.
English at B1+ level for communication, research, and working with content.
Responsibility, willingness to make decisions, and to give and receive feedback.
Attention to detail, proactivity, and result orientation.
