The Mortgage Talent Network is hiring a Senior Mortgage Loan Originator / Producing Sales Manager to originate residential mortgage loans and build referral relationships in Oregon. You will guide borrowers through the loan process and may take on team leadership responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Originate residential mortgage loans in accordance with federal, state, and company policies.
- Develop and maintain referral relationships.
- Guide borrowers through the loan process.
- Manage your loan pipeline with operational support.
- Lead a team depending on your experience and assigned scope.
What We're Looking For
- An active NMLS license.
- Ability to comply with applicable federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Nice to Have
- 2+ years of recent mortgage origination experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop referral relationships and maintain a client-focused approach.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Technical Stack
- CRM and workflow tools.
- An innovative marketing engine with personal branding tools, digital campaigns, and social content.
