This is a product-driven engineering position focused on leading core development of the mobile application for both iOS and Android using React Native. The individual will collaborate directly with customers to uncover operational challenges, define product direction, design user experiences, and deliver refined features quickly.
Responsibilities
- Lead critical components of the mobile application on iOS and Android platforms
- Engage directly with users to understand their workflows and identify key pain points
- Translate customer challenges into actionable product decisions, UX designs, and shipped features
- Create clean, effective mobile interfaces tailored to real-world usage
- Deliver features rapidly and refine them based on user feedback
- Leverage AI tools extensively to increase speed, capability, and efficiency
- Enhance app performance, reliability, and overall quality
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with React Native
- Strong product judgment and refined design sensibility
- Able to make sound product decisions despite incomplete data

- Familiarity with backend APIs and data modeling
- Experience with GPS, background processing, on-device machine learning, computer vision, or external hardware integrations
