Sutherland Global Services is seeking a Senior Mobile Developer to build and maintain scalable, high-performance mobile applications with secure backend integrations. You will play a key role in driving product growth and innovation.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop advanced mobile applications for Android and cross-platform environments.
- Architect and build reusable code libraries and components.
- Integrate mobile apps with backend services using ASP.NET Web API.
- Work with .NET Core 6+ to build scalable and secure backend systems.
- Implement database access using Entity Framework 6 and Dapper.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX teams, and QA engineers.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and advocate for high-quality engineering standards.
What We're Looking For
- 5 to 7 years of Mobile Development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Android Mobile Development.
- Proven expertise with Xamarin and/or .NET MAUI.
- Backend development experience with ASP.NET Web API and .NET Core 6+.
- Proficiency with Entity Framework 6 and Dapper.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience with mobile app architecture, patterns (MVVM/MVC), and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodology.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to Have
- React Native / Flutter experience is a plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Knowledge of secure coding practices.
- Experience in publishing apps to app stores.
- Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
