What You'll Do
- Develop and enhance Android applications using modern development practices
- Ensure applications are optimized for speed, responsiveness, and usability
- Collaborate with team members to plan, design, and deploy new features
- Diagnose and resolve performance issues, bugs, and technical bottlenecks
- Maintain well-documented, automated, and scalable codebases
- Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and take initiative on emerging tasks
What We're Looking For
- Strong foundational knowledge in programming and mobile development
- Hands-on experience building mobile applications through academic, freelance, or personal projects
- Familiarity with mobile UI/UX design principles and responsive layouts
- Understanding of architectural patterns such as MVVM
- Experience connecting apps to RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with debugging tools, version control systems, and build pipelines
- A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous learning
Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to unit testing, push notifications, or backend integration (e.g., Firebase)
- Prior publication of an app on Google Play or the App Store
