Responsibilities
- Apply mechanical design expertise to deliver efficient and high-quality solutions for large-scale building projects in sectors such as healthcare, defence, transportation, data centres, sports facilities, and commercial developments across Australia and New Zealand.
- Lead mechanical design components of critical projects, ensuring technical accuracy and performance of HVAC and building services systems while supporting superior engineering results.
- Work with cross-disciplinary teams to maintain consistency and quality in engineering calculations, technical specifications, and detailed design documentation.
- Partner with experienced engineers and project managers to develop integrated mechanical designs for complex building developments.
- Support and mentor early-career engineers by providing technical guidance and promoting ongoing learning and development.
- Develop and sustain effective relationships with internal teams and clients to ensure project success and encourage long-term collaboration.
