Stryker Corporation is hiring a Senior Master Data Deployment Analyst, Material and Finance Master Data (REMOTE)

As a Senior Master Data Deployment Analyst, you'll be instrumental in maintaining the precision and reliability of material and financial master data during our SAP implementation. This role presents an opportunity to shape global data standards, propel process optimization, and facilitate seamless implementation across multiple divisions and regions. What You Will Do - Engage with business stakeholders to outline and implement go-live strategies, including ramp-up and ramp-down procedures; cultivating robust professional relationships - Validate comprehensiveness and precision of material master data through comprehensive quality assessments and verification - Spearhead data sanitization, transformation, and migration processes in partnership with business subject matter experts - Execute manual data uploads and modifications as necessary to support project timelines - Facilitate testing protocols (Integration, UAT, Regression, DITL) by developing scenarios and datasets for optimal results - Investigate and resolve data anomalies detected during loading or testing phases, ensuring prompt resolution - Create and maintain operational guidelines and Power BI dashboards to track data quality and migration progress - Provide comprehensive training and onboarding for local data readiness personnel, advancing global master data standards What You Will Need Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences, IT, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent discipline - Minimum of 2 years experience managing material master data - Functional expertise with ERP processes (ex: OTC, PTP, FTS, RTR) and associated master data interconnections - Previous experience with enterprise resource planning or large-scale system implementations - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools, particularly Excel Preferred Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of specialized experience in SAP material master data; additional finance master data expertise - Demonstrated proficiency with SAP MDG and S/4HANA applications - Data experience within medical device or pharmaceutical sectors - Comprehensive understanding of master data governance principles and industry best practices - Expertise in Power BI for reporting and dashboard development $69,100 - $139,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
