About the Role
This role is responsible for managing and deploying master data related to materials and finance, supporting global operations through accurate data governance, system configuration, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of material and financial master data structures
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across enterprise resource planning systems
- Collaborate with global teams to define data standards and governance practices
- Support system upgrades, integrations, and data migration initiatives
- Validate master data configurations to meet business and regulatory requirements
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and implement corrective actions
- Work closely with IT, supply chain, and finance stakeholders
- Develop documentation for data processes and system workflows
- Drive continuous improvement in master data management practices
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
- Facilitate data validation and testing during system changes
- Train team members on master data tools and procedures
- Monitor data quality metrics and report on performance
- Participate in global project teams for system implementations
- Support change management processes for data updates
- Maintain data ownership frameworks across business units
- Apply analytical skills to resolve complex data discrepancies
- Ensure alignment with global data architecture standards
- Manage data deployment timelines and deliverables
- Serve as a subject matter expert for master data systems

- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Certification in data management or related field
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industry
- Advanced knowledge of SAP MDG or similar tools
