Experian is hiring a Senior Marketing Segmentation Analyst

About the Role

Experian is looking for a Senior Marketing Segmentation Analyst to develop and optimize Integrated Marketing’s audience segmentation strategy. Your work will drive revenue growth, improve ABM effectiveness, and increase marketing efficiency as you partner with Marketing, Sales, and Analytics teams.

What You'll Do

  • Own Outbound segmentation strategy leveraging intent, buyer stage, and predictive signals.
  • Develop prioritization and exclusion frameworks to improve targeting efficiency and reduce overcommunication.
  • Regularly analyze Persona, Vertical, and segment performance; deliver actionable insights and dashboards.
  • Lead AI-enabled ABM reporting using 6sense segmentation data and integrated campaign performance metrics.
  • Identify and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and behavior-based targeting strategies.
  • Conduct ongoing segment health checks and optimize based on engagement and revenue impact.
  • Improve contact quality and data integrity, including job title normalization in partnership with the Global Marketing Automation team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Excellence, Demand Gen, ABM, Analytics and Operations teams.
  • Support high-priority list builds and strategic targeting initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years in B2B marketing, segmentation, or marketing operations.
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and a MAP (Preferably Eloqua).
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to AI-enabled marketing tools or predictive analytics.
  • Experience leading data normalization or governance initiatives.
