Responsibilities
- Convert organizational and marketing objectives into unified roadmaps, capacity forecasts, and execution timelines across all marketing areas.
- Align strategic goals with team-level priorities and implementation plans to enable smart tradeoffs and sustained focus.
- Collaborate with marketing executives to guide annual planning, quarterly prioritization, and ongoing forecasting adjustments.
- Lead and refine marketing operating models, planning rhythms, prioritization systems, and recurring operational meetings such as monthly reviews and quarterly business reports.
- Create and enhance workflows that connect Marketing with Product, Data, Finance, and Legal teams to support scalable and efficient execution.
- Set and uphold operational guidelines, documentation standards, and governance practices for all marketing initiatives.
- Develop performance measurement systems that link marketing strategy to results using clear KPIs, dashboards, and regular reporting.
- Support marketing leadership with data-driven insights on capacity, performance, and investment decisions, including risks and tradeoffs.
- Maintain transparent visibility into marketing performance, progress toward goals, and resource distribution.
- Assess and rank opportunities for AI and automation within marketing processes to improve efficiency and impact.
- Establish standardized tools, methods, and protocols to ensure consistent and responsible use of AI across teams.
- Work closely with marketing teams to integrate AI into daily workflows, enhancing productivity and decision-making.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior marketing leaders, shaping decisions through structured analysis and insight.
- Mentor and develop members of the Marketing Operations team, including Specialists, to advance overall operational capability.
- Foster cross-functional alignment and accountability through clear communication and influence.
