Responsibilities
- Lead and expand the sales portfolio in Turkey within the food and beverage manufacturing sector
- Oversee relationships with key clients, including multinational corporations and leading regional companies
- Promote and sell product lines such as flavours, colours, extracts, powdered ingredients, and natural solutions
- Design and implement the national sales strategy, including sales forecasting and budget planning
- Seek out and evaluate new market opportunities and potential industry segments
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and long-term supply agreements
- Work closely with regional technical, research and development, and marketing departments
- Represent the organization during customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
- Undertake frequent travel across Turkey to support sales and client engagement
Benefits
