Unknown Company is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager, Go To Market and Sales Enablement (Remote)

Capital One is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to focus on Go To Market and Sales Enablement. In this hands-on, cross-functional role, you will be responsible for defining and communicating the value proposition for our product suite, reimagining the client-facing brand look and feel, and providing the sales team with the tools they need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Own the creation of all sales collateral in partnership with a contracted designer, including quarterly Media Kits, product one-sheeters, conference-specific materials, client-facing deck templates, whitepapers, and case studies.
• Be the final eye on all collateral, ensuring a commitment to excellence in external materials and holding a high bar for clarity and execution.
• Manage external facing site design, email design, and social channels.
• Be the expert on target audience(s), understanding their needs, available competitive solutions, and how to effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Manage competitive intelligence gathering on a quarterly basis and ensure collateral is best in class.
• Perform value proposition analysis, gain internal & external alignment, and bring messaging to life across all creative and customer segments.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide necessary tools and materials to effectively communicate the product value proposition.
• Collaborate with the Events team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging for all external conferences and client meetings.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, or a go-to-market role.

Nice to Have

• Master’s Degree.
• 4+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Retail Media.

• Compensation range for this remote position is $155,300 - $177,200 for Sr. Manager, Marketing.
