About the Role

Tilt is hiring a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to propel growth for our Credit Card business. Your mission is to optimize affiliate channels, forge new partnerships, and work across teams to hit aggressive revenue and customer acquisition targets.

What You'll Do

  • Leverage analytical and strategic expertise to scale Tilt’s Credit Card portfolio by optimizing the marketing footprint on existing channels and forging new partnerships.
  • Foster enduring, trust-based relationships with affiliates to drive consistent performance and ensure partner retention.
  • Develop and execute a long-term affiliate marketing roadmap aligned with Tilt’s business objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence by delivering on commitments, establishing robust processes like new data constructs for affiliate tracking, and building scalable affiliate operations.
  • Collaborate with the Credit team to align on the impact of marketing stage underwriting strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to enhance the customer experience through the onboarding process and deploy new product tests.
  • Collaborate with the Data Infrastructure team to maintain data quality for accurate analytics and reporting.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of industry experience in business analytics, preferably within financial services or fintech.
  • Focus on driving performance through affiliate channels and strategic partnerships.
  • Advanced analytical proficiency.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) for campaign optimization and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams to align affiliate strategies with broader business goals.
  • Structured approach to problem-solving with ability to distill complex affiliate marketing challenges into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience leading key functions at a bank, fintech, or related industry.
  • Track record of driving measurable results and growth.
