Humana is looking for a Senior Market Finance Professional to join our mission of putting health first. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and report on market data to link financial results with operational performance, driving optimization in a matrixed healthcare environment.

What You'll Do

Collect, analyze, and report on market data to connect financial outcomes with operational effectiveness.
Work with teams like Actuary, MRA, Corporate Finance, Clinical, and Market Point internally, and with external partners like Providers and Hospitals to drive optimization.
Address specific business performance issues across the organization and build key relationships with stakeholders.
Make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding the technical approach for project components.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
3+ years of experience in data analytics.
Advanced Excel skills, including creating formulas and macros, with the ability to build queries for data mining.
Proficiency in SQL and experience working in a SQL environment.
Ability to work from home while maintaining CST/EST working hours.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytic skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience in medical data analytics.
Previous health insurance industry experience.
Experience with SAS, Power BI, Azure, or Databricks.

Compensation range: $78,400 - $107,800 per year.
