Responsibilities
- Discover and prioritize technical enhancements for the company website based on potential impact to business goals, working closely with teams across functions to execute changes.
- Lead initiatives in large language model optimization and Answer Engine Optimization by crafting content strategies that position the company as a primary reference source for AI systems.
- Apply industry best practices to design and drive a fast-moving, worldwide organic search plan covering technical SEO, on-page elements, content processes, and experimental AEO tactics while ensuring consistent quality.
- Offer strategic direction for international SEO efforts, enabling strong search performance in non-English languages and assisting with the launch of services in new regions.
- Act as the primary expert by advising on keyword strategy, changes in AI search algorithms, site structure, and navigation improvements to boost both search rankings and user experience.
- Track, evaluate, and communicate the outcomes of SEO and AEO initiatives regularly, quickly identifying issues and suggesting actionable adjustments.
- Train and inform internal teams as the go-to authority on search performance data, industry developments, and opportunities to expand market presence through search channels.
