Fidelity International is hiring a Senior Manager - Product to support the firm's global product capability transformation. You'll drive alignment across strategy, governance, and execution, playing a pivotal role in building a resilient and scalable product ecosystem that supports the ideation, design, and launch of investment products across multiple asset classes, structures, and jurisdictions.
What You'll Do
- Support Fidelity International’s global product capability transformation, driving alignment across strategy, governance, and execution.
- Strengthen product governance, enhance operational efficiency, and embed effective tools and processes across the product lifecycle.
- Build a resilient and scalable product ecosystem that supports the ideation, design, and launch of investment products across multiple asset classes, structures, and jurisdictions.
- Foster collaboration among Product, Legal, Operations, and Distribution teams to ensure investment solutions meet high standards of quality, regulatory compliance, and client relevance.
- Enhance the Product function’s focus on efficiency, quality, and strategic alignment through disciplined governance, streamlined processes, and best-practice adoption.
- Refine and continuously improve product governance frameworks and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating effectively across Product, Legal, Operations, and Distribution functions.
- Experience managing the end-to-end product management lifecycle, from ideation and design through launch and ongoing governance, across multiple jurisdictions.
- A self-starter who demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a strong learning orientation.
- Proven ability to lead and develop small, high-performing teams by providing direction, coaching, and support within a matrixed global environment.
- Exceptional accuracy and thoroughness in work output, ensuring the highest standards of quality and governance.
- Strong project management and governance skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational abilities are essential.
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in the asset management industry, with deep expertise in mutual funds, ETFs, and other pooled investment vehicles, including regulatory, compliance, and operational aspects.
- Master’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of market demands for share class features in Europe- and Asia-domiciled products is an advantage.
- Familiarity with agile project methodologies, data-driven decision-making, and technology platforms relevant to product delivery.
- A continuous improvement mind-set and a strong track record of identifying and successfully implementing process enhancements.
- Experience with tools such as Appian, K2, BWISE, and generative AI applications for workflow efficiency.
- Experience in Product, Operations, or related functions with cross-border products.
- Advanced degrees or industry certifications (e.g., CFA, CIPM).

The Product team is part of the broad Client Propositions team. In India, the role aligns with Client Propositions Support team, which provides cross-asset analysis and product support across the broader team. You will report to the Associate Director, Client Propositions Support.
