Clarivate is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management - AI Strategy to join our newly formed AI Innovation team. In this strategic leadership role, you will focus on enablement, collaboration, and responsible innovation across our Life Sciences & Healthcare (LS&H) business units.
What You'll Do
- Partner with LS&H business units to identify and shape AI opportunities.
- Translate business needs into actionable AI strategies and technical roadmaps.
- Collaborate with data science teams to evaluate feasibility and leverage existing models.
- Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to guide solution design and integration.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Clarivate AI platform.
- Promote responsible AI practices, including transparency, fairness, and compliance.
- Represent the AI Innovation team in strategic discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and collaboration.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in data science, applied machine learning, or AI strategy.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Strong understanding of data science workflows, including data preparation, model evaluation, MLOps, and production integration.
- Familiarity with LLMs, agents, vector search, and AI platform integration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, or regulatory compliance.
- Advanced degree (PhD or MSc) in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or Bioinformatics.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization or platform team environment.
- Proven experience in life sciences, healthcare, MedTech, or related domains.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product discovery practices.
- A passion for making AI accessible, responsible, and impactful.

Work Mode
This role is hybrid and can be based in Barcelona, London, or Bangalore.
