About the Role
This role is responsible for shaping the vision and operational framework of partner programs, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, and delivering scalable growth through strong ecosystem relationships and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of partner program strategies to drive revenue and market expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner initiatives with business goals
- Design performance metrics and dashboards to track partner program effectiveness
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of partner onboarding and enablement
- Identify opportunities to enhance partner value propositions
- Develop training materials and resources for partner success
- Evaluate new partnership models and recommend scalable approaches
- Coordinate go-to-market activities with key alliance partners
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Analyze market trends to inform partner strategy adjustments
- Drive continuous improvement of partner engagement frameworks
- Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for partner programs
- Report regularly on program KPIs to senior leadership
- Support integration of partner feedback into product and service enhancements
- Ensure compliance with contractual and operational standards across partnerships
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in business administration or related discipline
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in partner or channel management
- Direct experience in global partner program design
- Background in corporate strategy or management consulting
- Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance software markets
