Requirements
- 3–6 years in operations, strategy, consulting, BizOps, or Chief of Staff-adjacent roles
- Demonstrated AI-native workflow — daily use of AI tools with real examples
- Strong analytical and technical fluency; comfortable learning new systems quickly
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce polished, executive-ready work
- Strong written communication and ability to synthesize complex information
- Ability to influence cross-functionally without authority
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, shifting priorities, and high-velocity environments
Nice to Have
- Consulting experience (MBB, Big 4, Advisory Board, Sg2, Chartis, etc.)
- Early-stage startup or BizOps experience
- Healthcare or healthtech exposure (payer, provider, life sciences)
- Salesforce experience beyond basic user level
- Marketing automation experience (Pardot, HubSpot)
- Non-linear career path demonstrating adaptability
- SQL, Python, or no-code automation (Zapier, Make)
