Responsibilities
- Responsible for the delivery of net new business and client wins.
- Deliver against business targets and objectives
- Management of the sales process end-to-end in your assigned territory.
- Identifying opportunities in the market to position the product effectively and enhance the value proposition to your target market
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Ensuring that client success is integrated into the sales process from the first point of contact.
- Liaise with marketing, technical resources, and sales operations to ensure a unified and strategic sales approach.
- Analyse regional market trends and discover new growth opportunities.
- Communicate closely with marketing and product management to create strategies to drive sales.
- Provide timely revenue projections to management and deliver a predictable pipeline to drive forecast accuracy.
Requirements
- A proven track record in a related revenue-generating role within the ticketing or travel-tech industry.
- Direct experience working with (or for) major Attractions, Tours or Sightseeing operators is essential; you should speak the language of our clients fluently and understand their unique technical and operational pain points.
Additional Information
- The role is remote and will be based in North America.
- You are expected to be based in and able to work during the office hours of the target region.
- You will be traveling for prospective customer visits or to conferences and events.
