Infosys Consulting is looking for a (Senior) Manager in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead complex cybersecurity projects in the DACH region. You will combine technical expertise with strategic thinking to advise clients on secure IAM solutions and drive the development of our service portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Take responsibility for the strategic development and positioning of our Identity and Access Management service portfolio.
- Lead and manage complex customer projects in the field of Identity and Access Management.
- Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored, sustainable security and solution concepts.
- Design and implement scalable architectures for Identity and Access Management, considering regulatory and organizational frameworks.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and development for team members.
- Collaborate closely with executives, specialist departments, and IT organizations on the client side.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards, norms, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify risks in Identity and Access Management and develop suitable measures for risk minimization.
- Actively participate in expanding methods, standards, and consulting approaches in the cybersecurity environment.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in leading and implementing demanding projects in Identity and Access Management.
- Very good technical understanding of identity management, access controls, centralized login procedures, and strong authentication.
- Solid knowledge in at least one product: One Identity, Open Text / Micro Focus / NetIQ, empowerID, Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Savyint, Omada or comparable vendors.
- Experience working with regulatory requirements and security standards: ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR.
- Ability to align security requirements with economic and organizational goals.
- Strong communication and consulting skills at management level.
- Very good leadership qualities and experience in developing and motivating teams.
- Structured, solution-oriented, and responsible way of working.
Nice to Have
- Technical certifications in the IAM field: One Identity, Open Text / Micro Focus / NetIQ, empowerID, Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Savyint, Omada or comparable vendors.
- Project experience in regulated industries (e.g., banking or insurance).
- Comparable certifications: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager).
- Cloud certifications: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform.
