Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic automation plan across finance functions, enhancing workflows with artificial intelligence and delivering quick-impact solutions.
- Transform manual financial processes into standardized, automated systems to minimize errors and strengthen audit readiness through collaborative team workshops.
- Coordinate finance-related data integration needs between platforms like NetSuite and data storage systems, ensuring full alignment of technical capabilities with business requirements.
- Design, build, and deploy automation prototypes—including robotic process automation, large language models, or custom scripts—from concept to production, meeting defined benchmarks for speed, cost, and precision.
- Create formal governance policies and testing procedures for automation initiatives while driving tool adoption via structured training and reusable implementation frameworks.
