What You'll Do
You’ll play a technical role in delivering intelligent automation solutions to enterprise customers. Working alongside experienced developers, you'll help design, test, and deploy agentic workflows that leverage AI to streamline business processes. Your contributions will directly impact production systems, giving you real-world experience in building scalable, maintainable solutions.
You’ll assist in analyzing workflows to identify automation opportunities, develop modular components using best practices, and support testing efforts including pre-deployment validation. You'll also troubleshoot issues under guidance and collaborate across teams to understand end-to-end delivery of agentic systems.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related technical field
- Foundational experience with object-oriented programming, particularly in Java or C#
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle principles
- Proficiency in Python, especially for AI or data-centric tasks
- Familiarity with databases and SQL
- Prior project work or internship in software, AI/ML, or technical environments
- Strong analytical skills to decompose business challenges into automated agent behaviors
- Interest in building practical intelligent systems through hands-on coding
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfort engaging in client-facing settings with professional guidance
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, project-based teams
- Organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-moving environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, agentic architectures, or large language model applications
- Experience with autonomous systems, RPA, or intelligent automation platforms
- Familiarity with UiPath or similar tools
Technical Environment
You'll work with Java, C#, Python, SQL, and UiPath, along with modern agentic frameworks and LLM-powered applications. The stack supports end-to-end development of intelligent automation systems, from logic design to deployment.
Work Environment
