About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of facility operations across all office locations
- Manage relationships with property landlords, vendors, and service providers
- Oversee workplace safety programs and compliance with health regulations
- Develop and implement real estate strategies to support business expansion
- Coordinate office moves, renovations, and space optimization initiatives
- Monitor facility budgets and control operational expenditures
- Ensure sustainability practices are integrated into facility management
- Maintain emergency preparedness and business continuity plans
- Lead workplace experience improvements based on employee feedback
- Standardize operating procedures for facilities across locations
- Manage vendor contracts and service level agreements
- Track and report on key performance metrics for workplace operations
- Support hybrid work models through flexible workspace design
- Ensure compliance with building codes and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with HR and IT on onboarding and workplace technology
- Evaluate new office locations and lead lease negotiations
- Oversee janitorial, security, and maintenance services
- Implement energy efficiency and waste reduction programs
- Lead audits of facility conditions and vendor performance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during crisis events
- Manage furniture, fixtures, and equipment inventories
- Drive consistency in workplace branding and environment quality
- Facilitate employee requests related to physical workspace needs
