Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Senior Manager, Executive Communications & Engagement to develop and execute high-impact communications strategies for the CEO. In this leadership role, you will shape internal and external messaging to inspire diverse audiences, crafting compelling narratives and managing engagement plans to elevate the organization's mission.
What You'll Do
- Lead the creation and delivery of strategic CEO communications, including speeches, talking points, webcasts, and videos that resonate nationally.
- Develop targeted messaging that aligns with organizational goals and authentically captures the executive voice.
- Manage comprehensive executive engagement plans, including employee engagement, thought leadership, and external opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive communications across multiple channels.
- Support CEO readiness for public engagements and manage presentation materials and communications logistics.
- Track and analyze communication metrics to measure impact and inform senior leadership decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in executive-level writing and communications management.
- Proven project management skills with strong organizational abilities and priority-setting.
- Experience collaborating with C-suite executives and translating complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive, creative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and across teams in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
- Familiarity with nonprofit or corporate communications strategies and executive engagement best practices.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and work flexible hours as needed.
