About the Role

Responsibilities
- Direct the full lifecycle of large-scale, international events from concept to post-event analysis
- Develop event strategies that align with organizational mission and long-term goals
- Manage event budgets with precision and accountability
- Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring
- Coordinate logistics for multi-location conferences, including venues, travel, and accommodations
- Ensure events meet accessibility, safety, and compliance standards
- Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver cohesive event experiences
- Evaluate event success using KPIs, feedback, and attendance metrics
- Identify opportunities to enhance attendee engagement and satisfaction
- Drive innovation in event formats, including hybrid and virtual components
- Maintain brand consistency across all event materials and communications
- Support marketing and promotional efforts for event visibility and registration
- Manage speaker recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling
- Oversee content development and session planning in collaboration with subject matter experts
- Ensure inclusive practices in programming and audience outreach
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in event management
- Develop risk mitigation plans for in-person and digital events
- Foster relationships with strategic partners and sponsors
- Prepare executive-level reports on event performance and recommendations
- Mentor and develop junior event staff and coordinators
- Ensure data privacy and security protocols are followed during events
- Integrate sustainability principles into event planning and execution
- Respond to attendee inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain documentation and post-event summaries for knowledge sharing
- Support year-round community engagement through event-related programming
