Stryker Corporation is hiring a Senior Manager, Creative (REMOTE)

Stryker Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Creative to lead the creative vision and execution of engaging content for our NV Division. In this remote role, you will oversee the end-to-end creative process, ensuring all materials support business priorities and brand guidelines.

What You'll Do

• Lead creative strategy and execute a vision aligned with NV Division priorities and brand guidelines.
• Manage creative production, overseeing design and delivery of high-quality visual and multimedia content.
• Act as a mentor across the communications team, providing guidance and feedback to elevate creativity.
• Collaborate with Communications, Marketing, Leadership, and other stakeholders to translate objectives into creative solutions.
• Serve as Brand Leader for the NV Communications Team to ensure compliance and uphold best practices.
• Innovate communication formats by exploring new creative tools and technologies to enhance engagement.
• Oversee creative project timelines, workflows, and resource allocation for timely campaign delivery.
• Review and approve creative work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with goals.
• Contribute creative expertise to divisional campaigns, change management, and key programs.
• Assess the effectiveness of creative assets to inform continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with external creative agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed.
• Stay current on industry trends in creative design, digital media, and employee communications.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in creative design and/or agency graphic design and art direction.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision, design expertise, and effective storytelling.

Nice to Have

• 4+ years of direct people-leading experience.
• 4+ years of experience managing creative teams, vendors, and cross-functional partnerships.
• Prior experience in Adobe Creative Suite.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
• Compensation range: $129,600 - $286,500.
