- Oversee vendor and partner relationships specific to team needs
- Ensure compliance with league regulations and contractual obligations
- Streamline internal processes to enhance efficiency
- Lead special projects related to team growth and event execution
- Facilitate communication between team management and corporate functions
- Track and report on team performance against business goals
- Assist in negotiation and management of sponsorship deliverables
- Develop operational frameworks for team travel and event logistics
- Monitor industry trends to inform strategic adjustments
- Coordinate with marketing and communications on brand initiatives
- Implement performance tracking systems for non-athlete personnel
- Drive post-event reviews to capture lessons learned
- Manage reporting to team ownership and executive stakeholders
- Support integration of new technologies in team operations
- Ensure alignment of operational goals with long-term vision
- Lead onboarding and development of operations support staff
