Responsibilities
- Develop and apply advanced machine learning techniques to improve in-game personalization, evaluating performance based on real-world data and emerging research.
- Create experimental designs and build prototypes to assess the feasibility and efficiency of new artificial intelligence models.
- Bridge research and engineering by integrating validated findings into functional algorithm prototypes within the existing codebase.
- Refine proof-of-concept models into robust, maintainable production code compatible with the full machine learning lifecycle.
- Plan and execute A/B tests to evaluate personalization strategies and enhance user engagement metrics.
- Analyze player behavior data to detect patterns, uncover personalization opportunities, and refine algorithmic performance over time.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation to support team collaboration and knowledge transfer.
