Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines
- Optimize models for inference speed and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with data scientists to productionize experimental models
- Improve data labeling processes and annotation quality
- Monitor model performance in production environments
- Debug and resolve issues in deployed machine learning systems
- Contribute to data infrastructure for training and evaluation
- Evaluate new machine learning frameworks and tools
- Work closely with engineering teams to integrate models into products
- Ensure models meet accuracy and latency requirements
- Lead efforts in model versioning and reproducibility
- Support A/B testing of machine learning features
- Document system architecture and modeling decisions
- Participate in code reviews and system design discussions
- Mentor junior engineers on best practices in ML engineering
Nice to Have
- Master’s or PhD in machine learning or related discipline
