CI&T is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join a strategic partnership focused on serving financial sector clients. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring technical solutions are aligned with critical business demands.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain high-performance microservices, focusing on scalability, quality, and security.
- Actively participate in all phases of the software lifecycle: technical refinement, development, testing, and deployment.
- Propose and implement technical solutions adhering to functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, standardization, and compliance with engineering best practices.
- Provide technical leadership for a multidisciplinary team, supporting decision-making and solving complex problems.
- Refine and deliver technical solutions with a macro view of the business.
- Ensure consistent, high-standard deliveries for the client through collaborative work.
- Promote the team's technical evolution through training, dojos, and continuous knowledge sharing.
