We're on the hunt for an experienced and imaginative Senior Interior Architect to elevate our Design Team in the real estate development sector, with a laser focus on Hospitality Assets. This isn't just another design role—it's about crafting bold, immersive experiences that breathe life into our brand identity across global developments.

This is a strategic design creative position that marries creativity, brand consistency, and innovative design thinking. You'll quarterback the entire interior architecture journey—guiding your team from initial spark to technical execution. Your mission? Not just maintaining design integrity, but ensuring each project delivers that elusive "wow" factor through ingenious material use, form, and narrative.

Responsibilities:

Own the full process from inception, concept development, through to detailed design and handover.
Ensure design integrity aligns with brand identity and delivers exceptional user experiences across all assets.
Guide a team of interior designers, and 3D artists through every stage of project development.
Bring ground breaking and experiential ideas in materials, lighting, layout, and spatial storytelling.
Create distinctive design languages for various properties while preserving brand DNA.
Work closely with the Head of Design and key client representatives.
Ensure alignment with RIBA stages, oversee site surveys, and facilitate technical design through to construction.
Liaise effectively with external consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
Comfortable managing high-end residential and hospitality projects, including F&B concepts.

Requirements

Portfolio demonstrating conceptual excellence and execution on high-end residential and hospitality projects (with at least one F&B project).
Proven design ownership from concept to construction, ideally across multiple global locations.
Experience in top-tier studios or high-profile development projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to produce sketch renders for internal reviews in rendering software (such as 3D Max, Twinmotion, Lumnion, Vray, etc.)
Strong documentation, mood boards, visual storytelling and presentation skills.
professional level of English, Spanish is a plus

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design.
10+ years in the interior architecture industry.
2-3+ years in a senior-level position with team oversight responsibilities.
Deep understanding of interior architecture processes and RIBA project stages.
Previous work with luxury brands or high-expectation clients.
Strong eye for detail, high creative standards, and visual innovation.
Fluent in English—spoken and written.
Awareness of UK, EU, and international building regulations (a plus).
