Responsibilities
- Oversee a pipeline of families who have previously interacted with the company and need further assistance in making a move-in decision.
- Conduct frequent, high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email to re-engage and advance families.
- Facilitate the transition of families from touring to deciding, including arranging additional tours and providing new referrals as necessary.
- Implement a structured follow-up schedule to sustain engagement and prevent pipeline stagnation.
- Rapidly build trust with families, understand their needs, and guide them to suitable care options.
- Collaborate with senior living communities and care providers to arrange tours, share feedback, and support move-in conversions.
- Maintain up-to-date, real-time records in the CRM to reflect the pipeline status, next steps, and forecasts.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion expectations consistently.
- Engage in ongoing coaching, call reviews, and training to enhance performance continuously.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a sales role with quotas, preferably inside or phone-based sales.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience managing and converting warm lead pipelines.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask, handling phone calls and CRM documentation simultaneously.
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work remotely with a high level of focus and accountability.
