Responsibilities
- Direct the planning, design, and implementation of cable plant infrastructure projects.
- Ensure adherence to RCDD standards and best practices throughout project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Manage project documentation, including plans, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
- Participate in the development of long-term infrastructure strategies.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess performance and identify improvements.
- Manage change requests and scope changes.
- Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and requirements.
- Collaborate with IT and network teams to integrate infrastructure with technology systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies in cable plant infrastructure.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage project handover and closeout processes.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide input on the development of project management policies and procedures.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in a related field.
